Valentine’s Day is here again. This semi-Hallmark holiday can bring up a sense of loneliness or negative feelings of self-image. But hopefully this year, you will feel GREAT on the day of luuuv!
I feel lucky to say that each year I become happier and more self confident. It was not intuitive to treat myself with love and respect, but after practice I began to see positives in myself. Each person goes on their own journey of self acceptance, and hopefully they find ways to learn to love themselves.
